How do you handle the negotiations? 

   All negotiations are conducted through EBB. We act as a necessary buffer between buyers & sellers. The main reason is to maximize the price for your business, but just as important is the smooth transition to the new ownership. The negotiations are stressful and the EBB is experienced & skilled for the task. This helps because after the transaction has closed, you & the new owner will have a good working relationship towards the transition period.
